Processing Times

Every Nourishing Mana order is carefully packed by hand in our Sydney studio.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

During busy periods, promotions or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we'll always do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia wide using Australia Post.

Free Standard Shipping is available on all Australian orders over $95 AUD.

Orders under $95 AUD incur a flat shipping rate of $10 AUD.

Please note your order total must reach $95 AUD after any discounts have been applied to qualify for free shipping.

Standard delivery generally takes 2–9 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping

At this time, Nourishing Mana ships within Australia only.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Delays

While we do everything we can to dispatch orders on time, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including Australia Post delays, severe weather or public holidays.
