Our Story

Hi, I'm Helen, founder of Nourishing Mana.

For years, I put everyone else first. Like many women, I was balancing work, family and the constant demands of everyday life.

Then my own skin began to change.

As I moved through menopause, it became drier, tighter and more sensitive. The products I'd relied on for years no longer felt right. Many were filled with synthetic fragrances or unnecessary fillers, while others left my skin feeling greasy instead of nourished.

I wasn't looking for luxury for the sake of it. I wanted simple, beautiful body care made with thoughtful botanical ingredients that supported my skin as it changed.

So I started creating it myself.

Today, every Nourishing Mana product is still carefully handcrafted in Australia using ethically sourced ingredients, because I believe body care should feel calming, uncomplicated and genuinely supportive of dry, changing skin.
